Refund Policy

All service fees are due as outlined in the engagement agreement.

Tax preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If a client chooses to terminate services before work begins, any refund will be issued at the Company’s discretion.

Failure to provide requested documents in a timely manner may delay service completion.
